Deuteronomy 6:5-7

Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

Potty-training, walking, and a baby, OH MY!

So, it has been MUCH too long since I last blogged. We have had quite a busy month and a half. Maddie is now fully potty-trained (rarely an accident at night!) and sleeping in a big girl bed!

Jack is going to be 1 in about 2 weeks and is almost walking. He also loves to CLIMB ON EVERYTHING...including the kitchen table (by using a smaller chair to get on the bigger chair to get on the table). He is SUCH A BOY!

Finally, we found out that we are expecting blessing #3! Estimated date of arrival is April 28, 2009. We had the ultrasound today and saw a strong heartbeat...God is good, indeed. I don't know how one could ever witness the miracle of conception and the development of a child and not know that our God exists...it is truly divine how He knits us together. Here is a picture of our little "blueberry." He or she is 8 weeks old and is busy growing arms and legs.
